Show Processing Packages and Pricing
Our processing service will provide you with the following paperwork and items for your show, though it does depend on which package you choose (i.e. If you request competitors send you SAE's and you are stuffing your own envelopes then we will obviously not need to provide you with envelopes):
- Class paperwork:
- Scribe Tickets
- Call Sheets
- Score Sheets
- Result Sheets
- Ring Cards
- Envelopes
- Entry forms filed in lever arch files
- "Camping Booked" printed on Ring Cards (if applicable)
- Master lists:
- Competitors by Name (including dog name and classes entered)
- Competitors by Ring Number
- Dogs Per Class (total per class and total entries overall)
- Camping by Name (if applicable)
- Camping by Group (if applicable)
- Helpers by Name (if applicable)
- Helpers by Day (if applicable)
- Plastic wallets for each class to store class paperwork
- One A5 ring binder per ring for scribe tickets (if required)
If you are holding pairs or team classes, the cost per class entry applies to each member of the pair or team. For example, if you are using package 2 without posting out and you are running a pairs class, it will be 24p per pair entry.

Posting Out
All packages below can include Dashin’ Dogs posting out service where we will stuff and post all running orders on behalf of the show. Please note that we will not stuff SAE’s, you will need to request competitors pay Postage @ 40p.
Package 1
Due to a new system in development, this Package is not currently available
Show receives all entries and fees and inputs onto a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is then emailed after closing of entries for inputting and processing.
Package 2
Show receives all entries and fees and forwards the entry forms to Dashin’ Dogs after closing of entries (or in batches during receipt of entries) for inputting and processing.
Package 2 Prices

- With posting out:
- 14p per class entry
- 40p postage to be charged on entry forms
- Other fees:
- 30p per camping booking recorded
- 30p per helper recorded
Package 3
All entries and fees are received by Dashin’ Dogs for checking, inputting and processing. All payments received are forwarded to the show secretary for banking (either at the close of entries or in batches during receipt of entries).

- With posting out:
- 20p per class entry
- 40p per envelope posted

- 30p per helper recorded
Package 4
All entries and fees are received by Dashin’ Dogs for checking, inputting and processing. All payments received are banked by Dashin’ Dogs using the show’s paying in book either in batches or in one group after close of entries (audit trail provided).

Online Entries (www.ddise.co.uk)
All packages are available combined with our Online Entry system and there are 2 main options available:
- Without processing – if shows want to be able to accept online entries for their show but do not require Dashin’ Dogs to provide any processing services.
- With processing – for shows using any of our packages above.
All online entries received will be printed out as entry forms for your records.
