Show Processing Extras
Detailed on this page are all the extra bits and pieces that you may need for your show and prices are in addition to those detailed with our Main Packages.
All prices below include VAT.
Limited Shows (KC and Unaffiliated)
All package prices are the same as above, but there will be an additional £30.00 one-off fee if you choose package 3 or package 4 to cover administration costs for returning entries or contacting competitors once entries are full.
Championship Classes
We do not charge any extra per entry for Championship classes, but due to the supply of additional paperwork required there is an additional one-off fee of £10.00 per championship class processed.
Helpers
Once all entries have been input, we will forward you a main list of helpers which you can sort out into days, rings and jobs. This information can then be returned to us for inputting and printing onto slips to send out with running orders.
We will also provide you with master lists per ring and per day of all helper information.

Camping
Once all entries have been input, we will forward you a main list of campers which you can sort out into allocated spaces. This information can then be returned to us for inputting and printing onto the ring cards or camping passes as required.
Master lists will then be provided with this information.

Other Paperwork
- A4 Information Sheets (details must be provided in electronic format). However, we will stuff these sheets into envelopes if you provide them and you are using our posting out service at no additional cost.

- Ring Board class running orders (laminated).
40p per ring per day
- Order of Judging / Ring Plans to be sent out with running orders (unless being included on information sheets, in which case only the cost above will apply).
