About Dashin Dogs
Dashin' Dogs is run by Emma and Nigel Davis, providing Dog Agility and Pet Dog Obedience training classes within Shropshire, Dog Agility Shows and Agility Show Services.
Dashin Dogs are also the sponsors of The Team Dash, a team event for 4 dogs and 4 handlers with qualifying heats throughout the year at various shows leading to the final held at our summer show in August.
Nigel
Nigel has been competing in agility since the early 90's. His first agility dog was Pip (Pippa Pip Hooray), a blue merle Working Sheepdog, who competed to advanced level and qualified for the prestigious Olympia finals in 1992. He also reached Advanced status with his midi/medium dog Poppy (now retired) and currently competes in Senior with both his WSD, Be, and his cross-breed mini/small dog Ash.
Nigel has been training handler's and their dogs in both agility and basic obedience since around 1992.
Emma
Emma began competing with one of Nigel's dogs, working sheepdog Ozzie, in 1995 and progressed to Senior level with him. She now competes in Senior with Chilli, her tri-merle WSD and is also currently working her Novice dog Ice, a tri-colour WSD.
Emma has been an agility trainer since 2000 and can also provide advice about basic obedience and clicker training.
